Why existing Cab/ Taxi Companies will join Us
The target market of our Company is the existing cab/taxi companies in the region where we propose to start the business. The cab industry is a regulated and licenced industry in Canada and the local municipalities have made their own by laws for plying of these taxi.
The existing cab companies already have a licence from their local municipalities, are properly insured, have the credentials verified of their existing drivers and have a system in place for verifying new drivers and have built up network of taxis
What they are missing/ lacking is a web based platform to compete with the new entrants
- The Real features in our software include features like cab hailing directly from the phone App, able to know the exact location of the driver, approximate fare estimate, distance, cashless settlement, etc. will put them on the tech map and at par with the new entrants
These existing cab companies would be saving on losses due to non-payments at the end of ride, cancellations, misappropriations, missed opportunities and would also be gaining by expanded market share in the tech savvy population of Canada
We do not envisage any problem as to why these companies would not like to join our platform. It would be win – win situation for all concerned.
